Locating the Model and Serial Number

Finding the right part is the most important component of fixing any machine. We want to help you fix your True cooler, refrigerator or freezer. In order to do that we need a couple of pieces of information. We need the model number and the serial number from your machine, I'm going to show you where you can find those.
You'll find that information on a tag generally located on the inside and on the left just like this. Up here in the upper right hand corner you'll find the cabinet serial number here. And down here you'll find the model number, sometimes called the cabinet model number. With that information we can make sure we get you the right parts to your machine up and running again, thanks for watching.
