Ditting 804/807 Lab Sweet Burrs (105780)

This burr set is a direct replacement for 804 and 807 Lab Sweet grinders. Compatible with all other 804 and 807 Ditting models, and the Mahlkonig Peak and E80 Supreme grinders as well. Compared to Ditting's standard Special Steel burrs, cast steel burrs produce a higher proportion of fine particles and a narrower proportion of coarse particles, as well as more even and rounder particle shapes. They also have about twice the lifespan. These indicators are known to support excellent extraction results.
