Over time a latex door cord will wear out and will not fully recoil back to its original size, preventing the door from shutting completely and allowing warm air to seep into the cabinet. If it’s time to replace the latex door cord in your True TSID-72, then you need the True 881735. The True 881735 replacement latex door cord is 18" long (not including terminal rings) and 1/16" in diameter and includes two 830519 screws for installation. This cord was designed for TSID-72 units manufactured after 2003.
